What was I going to say? I don’t remember

Hmm, what did I come in here for? I don’t remember.

Sound familiar? I couldn’t resist this “short and sweet” tip to help avoid those moments when we have no idea why we went into the bedroom or went to the pantry. Experience Life, one of my favorite magazines, has a tip to help prevent our memory from lapsing when we end up in a spot and have no idea know why. Fuel up and have a super week.

Hey Peg. I just read the tip in Experience Life – short, sweet and makes total sense. What a great topic to bring up as it happens to most if not everyone. It honestly happens to me more often than not. It certainly supports my dream of having a huge open floor plan, rather than my house of “lots of little rooms”. No wonder I can’t stay focused…

    • Hi Crater. Yes, you need to get a “great room” going – it will up the memory retention…although I love your house just the way it is. All you have to do is remember to bring the reminders with you as you go through the doorways. Hope it was helpful. Thanks for the comment.
