A packed full Weekly Fuel

This is my fourth week of providing Weekly Fuel to you. The goal of the Weekly Fuel is for you (and me) to take “bite size” steps of adopting healthy habits that will ultimately enhance and improve our well-being. Let’s recap the past month and get a status check on how we’re doing.

The value of inter-generational relationships

Our social network is important to our well-being, and having relationships with friends who are older and younger than us is even better.

It’s no secret that “time flies,” so don’t let anymore pass. Reach out to your friends – make a phone call or get together over coffee/wine. Just connect. It’s good for you!

Importance of kegel exercises

Ah, yes, the kegel exercises. How are you doing? I will admit, I haven’t been as diligent as I need to be.

Back to “time flies” – the more we do now, the more it will help prevent leaks and drips as we age, so don’t let any more time pass. I will continue to work on getting this to be a “no-brainer” habit, like brushing my teeth. I hope you’re progressing on doing your daily kegel exercises.

10 tips for fighting stress with healthy habits

I love this article from the American Heart Association. They incorporate tips related to the mind, body and spirit. Each one is valuable and important to lowering and maintaining our stress level.

Give these Weekly Fuels another read and assess how you’re doing and what your plan is to keep moving forward. “Baby steps” ultimately lead to a healthier lifestyle. Have a super week and fuel up!
