During a typical day of living my life I am faced with challenges, issues, and concerns; I, like many people, must dig deep within myself to stay aware of my blessings, my talents and my gifts. I must stay present in the awareness of my internal guide or the energy of others can easily deplete what good I know to be present.
Mentor and encourage those around you
I have a friend, who came into my life as a mentor. I didn’t choose her, she didn’t choose me, our professional interaction was merely ‘happenstance’. She helped guide me with a task many thought to be overwhelming. She helped mentor my steps with positive energy and perseverance.
This woman gives openly to people without thinking. She always supports with no expectation of a return. She lives her life with pure intent of supporting and encouraging others.
Because of her continual motivation, support and encouragement I was successful. Because of her unconditional giving and unselfish leadership thousands of people today reap the benefit of what she encouraged me to do. Encouragement matters… encouragement moves!
Who has encouraged you? Who have you encouraged?
Inspire! Empower! Ignite!
Inspire others to be their very best. Inspire them with words that lift and celebrate. Invigorate their passion and enthusiasm with an energy that moves their heart. Motivate them to share their talents, to give all they have, and to extend them self in ways previously unknown. Inspire!
Empower others with the encouragement only you can offer. Empower their way of thinking, their manner of being, and the dreams they possess with the energy only you can infuse. Help them to see through your eyes what magic they possess. Build within their vision the reality of greatness that only they can create. Empower!
Ignite the innate talents others have waiting to be unleashed. Ignite the power and momentum their strengths can bring to any given situation. Rev up their engines and get their motor rolling; smile, connect, energize, and Ignite!
What encouragement will you offer to another today?
